1. Processing Time
- Because our products are handcrafted, please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to prepare, pack, and book your order before it is shipped out.
- We do not ship out orders on Sundays and official holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timelines
We use reliable local couriers (like GoGo Xpress and J&T Express) to deliver straight to your doorstep.
- Metro Manila & Rizal: ₱80 Flat Rate (2 to 4 business days)
- Rest of Luzon / Provincial: ₱150 Flat Rate (3 to 6 business days)
- Visayas & Mindanao: ₱180 Flat Rate (5 to 9 business days)
FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION: Enjoy free standard shipping nationwide on all orders totaling ₱1,500 and above!
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- We gladly offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide.
- Important: Please ensure that someone is physically present at your delivery address to pay the courier rider. Uncollected or refused COD packages deeply affect our small business, as we still have to absorb the return shipping costs. Thank you for your cooperation and honesty!
